2. Application and Membership

Franchise Reserve is an approval-based network. Application does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to reject applications or suspend membership at our discretion if members no longer meet our standards or violate these Terms.

3. Membership Conduct

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in their profile
• Maintain confidentiality of other members' information
• Use the platform only for legitimate franchise partnership purposes
• Not engage in harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Franchise Reserve (including the matching algorithm, UI, branding) are the exclusive intellectual property of Franchise Reserve and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Relationships

Franchise Reserve facilitates introductions and provides a platform for communication, but we do not mediate disputes, negotiate terms, or serve as a party to member transactions. All negotiations, agreements, and disputes between members are between the members directly and are not our responsibility.

6. Disclaimers

Franchise Reserve provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee match quality, member credibility, or transaction success. We are not responsible for member conduct, misrepresentation, or outcomes of member partnerships.

7. Limitation of Liability

Franchise Reserve is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms or your membership shall be governed by [Applicable Law/Jurisdiction]. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.

9. Termination
